Your Money Isn’t Safe In A Bank…

During any crisis, like the Covid-19 Virus pandemic that is sweeping the world and having devastating effects on the world economies, many people will be quite happy in knowing that they have savings in the bank to get them through this torrid financial period.

What is this horrendous new law?

It has been referred to as the ‘ARPA Bail-in Law’, the ‘Crisis Resolution Bill’, or just ‘Australia’s Bail-in Law’. Referred to that is, by the half a dozen or so companies in Australia who have bothered to report on it.

Essentially, legislation has been passed to use (read: steal, re-appropriate, seize, spend) investments and potentially deposited funds (the balance of your own savings account) to make insolvent banks solvent again.  OMG…

Basically, if banks choose to close their doors, they can do so, they can freeze your savings, and very quickly turn off the ATM machines so you have no access to your savings, WHATSOEVER!!

So by all means have a little money in your account to get you through your day-to-day life, but IT IS NOT ADVISABLE to have large deposits of cash saved with them, THEY CAN TAKE IT!!

So what are the alternatives?

Well right at the moment the share market isn’t a good place to be, stocks are crashing all around the world.   Gold and Silver have always been a great form of investment in past troubled times, but try and buy that right now and see how long you have to wait to receive it (ie the Perth Mint in Western Australia has orders backed up for months…).

Whenever There Is A CRISIS, There Is Always OPPORTUNITY…

As we all know the Corona Virus is affecting everyone globally, one way or another, and with no imminent cure then we can only expect the global financial system to steadily become worse.   As I write this, airlines are cancelling flights, sporting events are either being cancelled or run without fans in the stadiums, schools are being closed, businesses are closing their doors (either permanently or temporarily), there is panic buying leaving supermarket shelves empty, and tourism is being hit especially hard as people decide it is not a good time to travel.

Next Generation Travel – Fact or Scam?

As an internet marketer, I am always on the lookout for ‘the next big thing’ online, the new ‘shiny object’ we are all waiting for to change our lives.   Having been in this industry several years now, I am always sceptical about many of the hundreds of new programs I come across every month, through either Traffic Exchanges, Banner Ads, Email Ads, or even on Social Media like Facebook and Twitter.

Recently I say a new program which attracted my attention, it was nothing like anything else I had seen online before (which is probably why it did attract my attention), and so I delved a little further.   And further, and further….

Because this new opportunity was totally different, something so far apart from all the ‘overnight riches, exotic cars and mansions with pretty girls’ scams that are abundant on the internet every day.   So I researched deeper, I found that there are certainly some blogs and reviews stating that my ‘new found opportunity’ was in fact a scam, but I was seeing something far from that perception.

And why was I thinking this way?  Simply because the projects that the opportunity talks about have actually entered the construction stages, with video evidence to prove so.   I have now watched several of these videos, read articles from Yahoo News, and seen from my upline manager (yes I did join) actual videos of him standing at the conferences.

And just within the past few days, whilst I was on a podcast from my manager, he outlined that dividends which were originally scheduled to be paid in August, have actually already been paid into his account!!  3 months earlier than he was expecting!!

The projects — approved by Dubai’s ruler Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al-Maktoum — also include a bridge with a garden, bicycle lanes and walkways suspended 60 metres (65 yards) over a creek, state news agency WAM said.

This is big stuff guys, and not only is there an opportunity to get in on the ground floor to buy heavily discounted shares before they are released to the public (probably late this year), there is also a Crypto side to the opportunity.

And before you start thinking, OMG another Crypto Currency (which I don’t blame you for thinking, there are literally hundreds of them out there now), there is a fundamentally huge difference between normal Crypto Currencies (like Bitcoin etc) and this new currency.

What is this huge difference?

Quite simply, the value of normal Crypto Currencies (like Bitcoin) rises and falls with customer demand.   If demand is high then the price rises, if demand tapers off, then so does the value.   And there is nothing backing these currencies, they are not backed by physical assets.

With these new Cryto ‘Tokens’, they are backed by assets, and lots of them, as a percentage of the money generated from the sale of the ‘packages’ is actually re-invested into even more assets.  So the value of the ‘Tokens’ is always rising with the value of the assets.

Starting to get the picture?   I am sure you do, as did I when I first starting delving into the authenticity of this ‘next generation’ opportunity.

Right out of the gate this company boasts a sign-up rate of 83% for people viewing the presentation video to completion. While I can not attest to that it could be legit as the program is completely free to join.

So what is the catch?

While the program is free to join, they do have upgrade options. Before I get to the upgrade option I have to mention that the free account is more than generous. You also don’t get hit with OTO’s (one time offers) when signing in to your account.

Before getting into all the benefits you get as a free member, let’s first delve into what SoManyHits.com is…

Like the sales video explains, SoManyHits.com is first and foremost a URL tracking and shortening service, meaning you can shorten all your affiliate links and track how many clicks they receive. Unlike mostly all other tracking services (even the paid ones), there is no limit on the amount of campaigns you can create or clicks you may receive during a given month before shelling out more money to keep on tracking. This is true even for free members.

They also made it easy to track multiple advertising sources from the same campaign tracking URL by simply adding a keyword identifiable to you to the end of the tracking URL. When a shortened tracking URL is followed, the hit is recorded and displayed in your back-office, complete with a break-down of where the hits came from (keywords appended).

The service also promises to create a flood of traffic to any and all campaigns that will keep on doubling. While this may sound outrageous, it actually does happen because of their unique referral system.  Well…, when I say unique, for those of you familiar with their sister site EasyCash4Ads.com, it actually makes use of the exact same 2-up referral system where your first two referrals are passed up to your sponsor into what they call traffic lines. Every person who ends up in one of your traffic lines will first have to sponsor two people who will go to their sponsor, which means that particular traffic line keeps doubling.

If you are put off by the notion that you first have to refer two people that goes to your sponsor before the system can begin working for you, the good news is that sign-ups should not be hard to come by seeing that the program is free to join and their affiliate tools also helps a lot to achieving this requirement (more on that later).   My ‘SoManyHits.com’ account is generating 2-4 new sign-ups EVERY DAY!!

Getting back to the traffic aspect, every time one of your tracking links are followed, visitors will first pass through an ad gateway, similar to services such as ad fly where they will first see an interstitial ad for a couple of seconds before being directed to the site being tracked.  That ad will be a random campaign belonging to your sponsor, so when you take into account the way traffic lines keep doubling, it gives credence to the claim that your traffic will also keep doubling. It should be noted, when you create a new campaign, you can choose to promote the campaign through your traffic lines via an interstitial ad or (for pro members) a pop-under ad. Members may also choose not to promote certain campaigns.

While there is something to be said about the annoyance of pop-under and interstitial ads, bear in mind that their target market is Internet Marketers. These are the same people signing up for programs through traffic exchanges, so I can very well see this traffic converting very well indeed.

Apart from the traffic, URL tracking and URL shortening, you also have the ability to export the contact details of everybody in your traffic lines into a CVS file to easily import to your auto-responder of choice. The great thing about this for the new member joining is that they will only end up in their sponsor’s mailing list because of the way their referral system works. This is great as the last thing I want when signing up for a new opportunity is to end up in as many mailing lists as are dependent on the size of the member’s down-line or up-line. For those who don’t yet have an auto-responder account (what are you waiting for?), you still get to message your traffic lines through an internal messaging system complete with a WYSIWYG (what you see is what you get) editor every 10 days. (Pro members can message their traffic lines every 60 hours)

Free members will receive 40% of the commission amount while the other 60% will go to the first upgraded member in their up-line. This effectively means upgraded members will make an extra 60% commission from members who have already qualified out of their traffic lines.

Taking this up yet another notch, they also pay out performance bonuses where you could earn an additional 40% commission. Commissions are paid out twice a month and should you earn $350 during a pay period, they will add another $50 to your commission. Earn $700 and you will get an extra $100 on top of the $50 bonus you received. Earn $1000 and receive yet another $250 on top of what you already earned. From $1000 up, you will get a bonus of $400 for every $1000 you earn. Taking into consideration that upgraded members also receive 60% second tier commissions from free members who qualified out of their traffic lines, it effectively means you will earn 40% extra commission through your own efforts as well as from free members in your down-line.

From what I understand, the developers are already working on more features to be implemented that will be available to pro members. While the free plan will impress even the most critical user, members will be hard-pressed not to upgrade, especially taking the affordable upgrade options into account.

In summary, SoManyHits.com is a well-thought-out service offering a lot of value for the cash strapped marketer with a generous compensation plan and a promise to grow a traffic monster that will serve you well in time to come.

Bottom line to my review of SoManyHits.com is that this is extremely good value for money (considering it is FREE to join!!).  It is action-packed full of fantastic tools, all beneficial to Internet and Affiliate Marketers, so my recommendation is:

Sign up for the FREE account, spend some time getting used to the program and all of it’s various tools, then decide whether you want to jump into the upgraded version.

Tracking Links, Are They Essential For Your Online Business?

I am fairly certain that the vast majority of those trying to eke out a living or create a second income online, either aren’t aware of tracking links, don’t even know what they even do, or maybe have heard about them but have never bothered to set them up.

So what exactly are tracking links? (Source: http://www.brickmarketing.com)

A tracking URL is a special URL (or Uniform Resource Locator) that is used to track certain elements when a link is clicked on. Tracking URLs are most frequently used in paid advertising, to learn where clicks on links are coming from, conversion rates from visitors to customers, and other aspects of pay per click advertising that can be adjusted to draw and cultivate the desired results of a paid inclusion campaign. A tracking URL is generally a unique or specially designed to track the elements of a paid campaign, and can trace a number of different elements which can include:
1. The search engine where the visitor clicked on the tracked link
2. What keywords were used in the search query that ended with the visitor clicking on the link
3. What match type was triggered by the search query

In the simplest terms, a tracking link is a normal URL with tags (or parameters) appended to the end.

A tracking link is used to measure the effectiveness of your marketing campaigns, channels and activities.  You should always use a tracking link when you are directing traffic to your website from an outside source ie from social media, banners ads, emails, pay-per-click campaigns, or even blog posts such as this one.

Life After PayPal…

If you are an online or affiliate marketer, you will no doubt have been using PayPal as your payment platform at some time during your career, maybe even it is your ONLY payment platform.
